Job Description for all 5 locations
• ASAP – Ongoing (at least 2 months)
• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• 20 patients per day
• Will consider BC/BE
• FP, IM, ER, and Urgent Care physicians
• Basic primary care duties
• Provider will see patients in a chronic care clinic setting.
• Client will not turn anyone away, these positions are urgent!
