Call required for their own patients – Call shared with NP
Board Certified or Eligible within 5 years
IN license required
Local candidate highly preferred- within driving distance
18-20 patients/day
Cerner EMR
Working with a NP
- Bread and Butter primary care seeing ages 18+
- Clinic open M-F 8-4
- Travel and Lodging included
