Near Columbus OH
IM/FP Physician needed M-F 7:30-5 No weekends
4-5 days/week
6 months with option to extend. 30 day credentialing.
DEA Required.
Adults only, 18-21 patients per day.
Treating Hypertension, Diabetes, Obesity.
Use internal EMR.
- Must be well versed in chronic disease management
- Flexible on hours and schedule
- Will cover travel and lodging
