• M-F, 40 hours weekly (full-time only)
• Outpatient Primary Care clinic – Adults only
• Board Certified Preferred, Board Eligible accepted (must have completed residency)
• 12-15 patients/day
• Direct contract
• Must be willing to get credentialing documents back within 1 week and start within 5 weeks
