Community Health Center Seeking FT FP

Physician Only
Must be BC in Family Medicine
6 month assignment
M-F
8a-5:30p (no weekends or nights)
3 Days a week possible, but must be a "Rockstar" candidate
Truly seeing ALL ages (cradle to grave)
Basic primary care
Must be comfortable in CHC space and dealing with underserved population
Full support staff
EMR: EPIC
Must have NY License, DEA, BCLS, and Medicare/Medicaid
Average credentialing timeline 30-60 days
