Job description

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm or 4x10 per week (8:30am-7:00pm with variable day off)
Job Setting: Outpatient clinic.
Types of Cases: Standard Primary Care cases. Provider will be seeing all ages. Adult and Child Population – Will likely have mainly paneled patients. Chronic Disease Management, Diabetes, Blood Pressure, etc, Outpatient Primary Care such as flu, colds, sickness.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days.
Licensure: Active California license.
