Ave about 18-20 patients per day, Epic EMR highly preferred.
Must be able to see all ages from kids to geriatrics
M-F 8am-5pm
Primary Care Clinic
EMR/Charting Software: Epic

• 4 or 5 days/week
• 18-20 patients per day
• Family Medicine Board Certified highly preferred but not required
