Patients per Day: 20
Department Description: Outpatient
EMR System: Epic
Practice Setting: Clinic/Private Practice

Requirements:

Board Certification: Eligible
License Required: Georgia License in Hand, No IMLC
Certifications Required: BLS
Minimum Experience: Must be able to see all ages in Primary Care
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 21 days
