A leading Neurology and Pain Management Practice is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its team. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work alongside a team of healthcare professionals in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for adult patients experiencing painful disorders.
Conduct thorough assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement a range of interventional and physical therapies, including pharmacologic management and patient education.
Perform minor, office-based injections as part of treatment protocols.
Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule & Locations:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Primary location: Fayetteville office (2.5 days/week)
Additional locations: Benson or Lillington offices (2 days/week)

Qualifications:
✅ Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
✅ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
✅ Strong background in pain management and neurology preferred
✅ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary ($110,000 – $130,000) based on experience
