Setting: Primary Care

Start: ASAP

Contract: 6-months

Provider will be performing basic primary care needs for patients that come in (wellness checks, foot sores, physicals, basic medical issues). They will be solo Primary Care provider on weekends.

Shifts: Sat/Sun, will also be on-call at night (4pm-8am)

Hours: Up to 7.5 hrs/day (as needed)

Volume: 5-10 pts/day

Seeing all ages

Interview Process: Microsoft Teams Interview w/Med Director (3-45 mins)
