Family Medicine Physician – 6-Month Assignment

Start Date: 6/16/2025 (pending credentialing)
Schedule: Full-time | 40 hrs/week | 1 evening shift required
Mon, Wed, Fri: 8 AM - 5 PM
Tues, Thurs: 8 AM - 5 PM OR 10 AM - 7 PM
No call, no weekends, no nights
32 hrs onsite, 8 hrs remote (admin tasks)
Patients per Day: 20-22 (20-min appointments)
Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care
EMR: NextGen (training provided)
Requirements:
MD/DO (FP or IM)
Must see all ages
1+ year of Family Practice experience
