Oklahoma Corrections Assignment

Job description

(roughly 40 minutes west of Oklahoma City)
- Coverage dates: ASAP – 6-month initial contract, with the ability to extend
o Start date is dependent on completion of credentialing and background/security clearance
o Tentative credentialing timeframe: 10 weeks
- Weekly schedule: Mon-Fri, working 8-hour shifts (usually 7a – 3:30p)
- Average 15 patients per day, all adults, all male (this is a male corrections facility, no female offenders)
- Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, some chronic care coverage like hypertension/diabetes, light trauma cases such as suturing
- Facility uses EMR (BEMR system)
