JOB DESCRIPTION
partnered with a federal facility in northeastern Arizona with a contract assignment for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to assist their team with Urgent Care coverage.
Assignment Highlights:
Flexible Schedule: 7 and 12-hour day and night shifts available
No call required
Patient Volume: 12 per day
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
Any active, unrestricted state license may be accepted

QUALIFICATIONS
Current DEA registration
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited institution.
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Arizona
Board certification in Family Practice
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a primary care setting.
Strong proficiency in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
Be highly collaborative, and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation
Confident in his/her ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
