Job description

This prominent Northwest Ohio hospital is looking for a full-time, employed Family Medicine APP to join one of its Primary Care clinics. Location wise, this clinic is about 45 minutes from Toledo.

Some basic info:

-Exact schedule is tbd/flexible.

-100% Outpatient role, no inpatient responsibilities.

-Will see adult and adolescent patients.

-Established, busy clinic. Will most likely see 25+ patients per day on average.

-Ideal candidates will have significant experience in Family Medicine/Primary Care.
