📢 Now Hiring: Family Medicine Physician – Locum Tenens Opportunity in Vancouver, Washington!

📍 Position Details:
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed, provider must be available to start within 4 weeks
• Contract Length: 3-months, with possibility of extension
• Schedule/Shift Details: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, (8-hour workday with 1 hour unpaid lunch)
• Credentialing Timeframe: ~2-3 weeks
• Patient Volume: Up to 18 patients per day
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: Dedicated Medical Assistant, Receptionist, Mental Health Therapists, Dietitians, onsite Pediatrician, and Health Care Administrator

Job Overview:
• Aya Locums is seeking a Locum Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient ambulatory setting at a Community Health Center near Vancouver, WA. This clinic serves a vulnerable patient population, including migrants and refugees, with interpretative services available on-site. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with a diverse patient base, including newborns through geriatrics, and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive family medicine care for patients from newborns to geriatrics
• Manage walk-in and acute care services as needed
• Perform basic procedures such as injections, IUD placements, and minor wound care
• Collaborate with onsite team members including pediatricians, mental health therapists, and dietitians
• Support the community’s health needs with a focus on vulnerable populations

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required in Family Medicine
• License: Active Washington state medical license required
• DEA: Required
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of family medicine experience and face-to-face patient contact within the past year
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Background Check: Clean background required, no malpractice history- no exceptions
• Language Skills: Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus
