Locums Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Home Care Visits

We are seeking a Locums Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Bronx, NY, for a flexible, part-time or full-time position with no nights or weekends. The role involves providing comprehensive primary care to geriatric PACE participants in their homes, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.   Small daily patient census: 3-5 patients per day Flexible schedule: Seeking 2-4 days per week, Monday–Friday No nights, no weekends  Compensation: $75-80 per hour   Requirements:   Active NP or PA Board Certification Medicare & Medicaid Provider ID (REQUIRED) Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred Spanish speaking is a preferred, but not required Experience in home care and geriatrics preferred  The Bronx is a diverse and vibrant borough of New York City, known for its rich history, cultural landmarks, and world-renowned institutions like the New York Botanical Garden and Yankee Stadium.
