OBGYN Locums for Weekend Beeper Call Coverage | 1hr South of Portland

Job description

Contract Length: 3 months and continue if they want too. Till we fill the spot
Shift Details: Day Shift, Night Shift, Call (off-site, beeper)
Schedule: Friday - Monday morning.
Work Details:
• Support staff: CRNA cares for mom and baby; Family MDs care for baby; OB cares for mom
• Amount of coverage needed per month: At least 1 weekend/month
• Patient population/age: All ages
• Department description: Small facility; provider may be the primary/solo OB on site. Can be called in twice all weekend or 6-7 times depending on volume.
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital bed size: 40 beds.
• Special procedures: Deliveries, surgeries (2–3 per week), call coverage
• Skills required: OB care, surgical competency, call coverage
Practice Setting:
• Clinic: NO
• Hospital coverage only
Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC
• License required: Yes
• DEA: Required

• Minimum experience required: 2 years

• 1-2 weekends/month
