Position Overview
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Internist or Family Medicine Physician to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Highlands, NC. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive, community-centered environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

✅ Work Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
36 Clinical Hours + 4 Administrative Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Telehealth triage: 2–4 weekends/year

Qualifications
✅ Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
✅ Licensure: Active North Carolina medical license
✅ Certification: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
✅ Experience: New graduates are welcome
✅ Technical Skills: Proficient in EHR systems and telehealth platforms
✅ Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and a passion for patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities
✅ Deliver primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and chronic disease management
✅ Develop and implement individualized care plans with a focus on preventive health
✅ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
✅ Participate in telehealth triage on designated weekends
✅ Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation in accordance with clinic standards
✅ Support clinical staff and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts
