Facility in Cheshire CT, seeking Primary Care locums coverage Rates: $170/hr Primary Care Physician – Family or Internal Medicine (Addiction Experience a Plus) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Role Highlights Full-time outpatient position with no call responsibilities Daily patient volume: 20 patients/day Midday 30-minute lunch 1-year assignment commitment (Start: August 1, 2025 – End: August 1, 2026) EMR: EPIC Interdisciplinary team: Physicians and Advanced Practitioners Candidate Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Minimum 2 years of primary care experience – required EPIC experience – strongly preferred Active Connecticut medical license, may consider IMLC Telehealth experience – not required
