Join a leading Level I Trauma Hospital in New Orleans as a Neuro ICU APP. This position offers the opportunity to work in a 16-bed closed unit with 24/7 neurointensivist support, caring for complex adult neurocritical patients.

Position Details:
- Schedule: 3 night shifts per week
- Patient Population: Adult ICU patients with primary neurologic diagnoses (stroke, TBI, ICH, SAH, seizures, etc.)
- Team: Collaborative environment with nursing, respiratory therapy, and attending neurointensivists
- EMR: EPIC

Responsibilities:
- Manage neurocritical patients, including ventilator and hemodynamic support
- Perform advanced procedures (CVC, arterial line, lumbar puncture)
- Participate in daily rounds, admissions, and comprehensive care coordination

Requirements:
- Active or in-process Louisiana license, DEA, and CSR
- ENLS, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of ICU experience (may have flexibility on this)

- Credentialing: Approximately 60 days

• Candidate must have LA license or already be in process
