Job Description:

• ASAP start date
• 3 month assignment with possibility to extend or go perm!
• Need 4 days a week coverage - flexible on dates per provider's availability!
• They have 3 locations within 10 mins drive from each other. Provider will be working at 2 locations
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Roughly 12 - 15 patients per day
• Newborn to geriatrics
• Standard Primary Care - sick/well visits and physicals
• Must be BC!
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• Mileage only

• All ages
• 12-15 patients a day
• 2 locations, 4 days a week
