Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Internist or Family Medicine Physician to join a Family Health Center located in Far Rockaway, Queens, NY. This is a full-time, community-based opportunity to provide primary care to a diverse and underserved patient population.

✅ Requirements
✔️ Active New York State Medical License
✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
✔️ Active Medicaid and Medicare provider numbers (NPI)
✔️ Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred

✅ Compensation & Benefits
✔️ Salary: $190,000 – $215,000 / year

✅ Responsibilities
✔️ Perform comprehensive patient assessments and exams
✔️ Diagnose and treat a range of acute and chronic conditions
✔️ Prescribe medications and develop patient-centered care plans
✔️ Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
✔️ Provide preventive care, immunizations, and health counseling
✔️ Refer patients to specialists when necessary
✔️ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care
✔️ Educate patients and families about health and wellness
✔️ Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives
