Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Internist or Family Medicine Physician to join a Family Health Center in Brooklyn, NY. This is a full-time outpatient opportunity focused on delivering primary care to a diverse and underserved community.

✔️ Active New York State Medical License
✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
✔️ Active Medicaid and Medicare provider numbers (NPI)
✔️ Spanish language skills preferred

✔️ Salary: $190,000 – $215,000 / year

✅ Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct patient evaluations and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
✔️ Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies
✔️ Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient response
✔️ Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and disease management
✔️ Coordinate referrals to medical specialists as needed
✔️ Maintain comprehensive, timely, and accurate patient records
✔️ Participate in clinic quality improvement initiatives
✔️ Provide vaccinations and routine screenings
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care
✔️ Support patients receiving long-term or complex care
