Position Details
• Specialties Accepted: Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Hospice & Palliative Care, Home Health, Urgent Care, Medical-Surgical, Public Health
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: Short-term or long-term options available
• Schedule: Flexible – Monday through Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Shift Type: No nights or weekend requirements

Work Description
• Visits: 6–9 per day, pre-scheduled
• Setting: In-home visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members
• Duties Include:
o Medication and medical history review
o Basic physical evaluation
o No prescribing, ordering labs, or altering treatment plans

Requirements
• Board Certification (MD/DO)
o Master's degree required
• Active OK license
• Credentialing Timeframe: 7 days to 2/3 weeks

• Flexible Scheduling - PRN | PT | FT
• Avg. 6-9 visits per day
• Open to various specialties: Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Hospice & Palliative Care, Home Health, Urgent Care, Medical-Surgical, Public Health
