Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: work in tandem with 3 staff physicians on an ongoing long-term basis. Provider will be scheduled 1 of every 4 weeks, Monday 7AM - Monday 7AM. Inpatient from 7am-7pm with night call 7pm-7am.
Work Details:
· Patients per shift: 10-12
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 1
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: This is a heavily critical care focused position. Need to be completely facile in management of ECMO, VV and VA Impella and Durable LVADs. Participate in the shock program. Primary attending responsibilities for ECMO and LVAD
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
