Job description

We are seeking a **Board Certified MD or Nationally Certified NP/PA** to provide acute care, wellness, and primary care services in a corporate outpatient clinic setting.

**Key Details:**

* **Patient Ages:** 2 years and older (employees and family members)
* **Patient Volume:** 2-4 patients per hour
* **Scope of Care:** Acute care, wellness, primary care; comfortable with well women’s exams and chronic care management
* **Procedures:** In-clinic procedures are a plus but not required
* **Experience:** 2+ years preferred but not always required
* **DEA License Required; CSR if required by state**
* **Not a Worker’s Comp clinic, but may complete first report of injury**
* **No pain management responsibilities** (primarily prescribing antibiotics, recurring scripts, and convenience medications)
* **DOT Certification:** Not required
* **Charting:** Paper charting initially, transitioning to EMR (EPIC) access

**Schedule:**

* Thursdays: 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM
* Fridays: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
* Total: 12 hours per week

**Assignment Duration:** Approximately 12 weeks (8/21/25 – 11/07/25)
