Indiana! Hot primary care job for NP PA

Job description

Coverage is needed for both Cambridge City and Liberty Center sees 10 – 15 patients per day, all ages, no workman’s comp, and DOT certified is a plus.

Cambridge City: Tuesdays- 8am – 7pm, Wednesdays- 7:30am – 11:30am, Fridays- 6am – 4pm

Liberty: Mondays- 6:30am – 12:30pm & Wednesdays- 12:30pm – 6:30pm

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Completed Master’s Degree Level Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program from an accredited college/university
Active unrestricted applicable licensure
CPR Certification
NPI & DEA
Current National Board Certification
EXPERIENCE:

Prefer OCC Health Experience
Ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years primary care practice experience, the ability to work independently, and experience working with and Electronic Medical Record.
