Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Correctional Facility – Corcoran, California
Contract: 6–9 months, full-time (eligible for extension)
Pay: $88.86 – $90.86 per hour

Requirements

Active California LCSW license (hard copy required)

At least 12 months of recent clinical experience (within the last 3 years) providing direct patient care in a public or private institution

Valid photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport)

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association

Clinical competencies must be current

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct behavioral healthcare to patients of all ages in collaboration with primary care providers, psychiatrists, specialists, and other healthcare professionals

Serve as clinician-of-the-day as scheduled, providing on-call support for patient emergencies

Conduct health history interviews with patients and/or family members

Assess patient needs, develop diagnoses, and implement care plans using advanced clinical knowledge and skills

Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate patient documentation

Ensure prompt patient follow-ups, referrals, and communication

Uphold accuracy and professionalism in all communications to ensure quality patient care
