Position Overview

First Stop Health is seeking a Licensed Master’s-Level Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, Licensed Psychologist, etc.) who is experienced, innovative, and detail-oriented. In this role, you will provide high quality mental health treatment, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to clinical operations. As a therapist at First Stop Health, you will provide both short-term and long-term mental health care to clients.

***We’re seeking licensed Therapists in all 50 states, with a strong preference for CA, GA, IL, KS, MN, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, and VA licensure. Candidates may reside in any U.S. state but must hold full, independent licensure to practice in the state(s) where they are licensed.***

Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based, compassionate virtual mental health therapy to First Stop Health members.
Maintain an average of 28 completed visits per week per 1.0 FTE
Maintain 70% clinical productivity, supported by built-in breaks and documentation time
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Participate in weekly clinical consultation groups
Attend regular team and individual meetings

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Mental Health (psychology, social work, clinical counseling, etc.)
Full Licensure – ability to practice independently
Licensed in at least two states highly preferred
Clinical fluency across a range of evidence-based treatment models
Strong cross-cultural competency and a commitment to serving diverse populations
Exceptional communication, and organizational skills
