About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)) to join an established family medicine clinic within the Berkshire, Mass. If you thrive in a busy, energetic environment and believe in building relationships over rushing through visits, this is the place for you.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Conduct physical exams and develop care plans for patients of all ages
Triage patients and manage acute/chronic conditions efficiently
Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and long-term care goals
Document care using our efficient EHR system
Collaborate with medical, physical medicine, and support teams
Stay current on medical guidelines and clinical best practices
We’re Looking For a Candidate Who:
Has 2+ years of experience as an FNP or PA in family medicine or primary care
Is proficient in EHR use, diagnostics, prescribing, and care coordination
Brings strong skills in patient education and whole-person care
Values consistency, compassion, and patient-centered communication
