Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide PRN coverage at an outpatient clinic serving employees and their families (ages 2 and up). This role is ideal for a provider with a strong background in primary care, acute care, and walk-in health services.

The clinic focuses on wellness and prevention, acute episodic care, and chronic condition management. Experience in pediatrics is strongly preferred. Some locations may also include occupational health services.

Key Details:

Patient Population: Ages 2 and older (some family members may include newborns)

Practice Type: Outpatient only – no pain management

Schedule Dates: November 4 – 7

Patient Volume: Up to 3 patients per hour

EMR: Athena experience preferred, but not required

Dispensing: Some locations may include onsite medication dispensing

Qualifications:

FNP Certification: Nationally Certified

Licensure: Active and unrestricted state license

DEA License: Required

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in outpatient/urgent care settings

Preferred Background:

Experience in walk-in clinics or urgent care

Strong pediatric experience

Occupational health experience is a plus (for specific sites)
