Women's Heath NP needed in Beautiful Colorado

Specialty: Women’s Health NP
Start Date: December 15, 2025
Contract Length: 2 months
Shift Details: 3-4 days per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Work Details:
Support staff: very robust as this is a huge group. Nursing staff, OBGYN, primary care providers, etc.
Amount of coverage needed per month: 3-4 days per week. Will vary but schedules will be known a month in advance.
Patients per day: 18-22
Patient population/age: 13+, women, pregnant
Department description: Women’s Health/OB
EMR: EPIC
Hospital bed size: Main campus has approx. 525
Special procedures: IUD insertion, Nexplanon, ultrasound, paracervical blocks would be a plus but not a must.
Skills required: This is a very low income population, very sick people, behavioral health comorbidities, high Spanish speaking population (huge plus if they’re bilingual). Need someone who is comfortable in this environment.
Practice Setting:
Hospital affiliated clinics. Will either be at Denver Health Main Campus clinic, Bernard F Gipson Sr. Eastside Family Health Center, or Sam Sandos Westside Health Center.
Requirements:
Board Certification: must be certified in women’s health
State license required: Yes
DEA: Yes
CSR: No
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
Minimum experience required: 2 years preferred
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
