Aya Locums is excited to share a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Eastern Connecticut. This role offers flexible scheduling with no nights or weekends required, making it an excellent fit for providers seeking work-life balance.

Assignment Details
-Start Date: As soon as credentialed
-Contract Length: Short-term or long-term options available
-Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only
-Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Sunday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (no nights/weekends required)

Work Details
-Average visits: 6–9 per day
-Department: Pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members
-Responsibilities: Medication and medical history review, physical evaluations in member homes. No prescribing, lab ordering, or altering treatment plans required.

Practice Setting
-Home Health

Requirements
-Board Certification: Required
-License: Active CT state license
-Education: Master’s required
