Primary care APP needed in San Jose, CA

Job description

We are seeking an experienced primary care APP to provide locum services in San Jose, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is looking for flexible scheduling, supplement work, and/or a rewarding work environment. Coverage is needed starting in Dec and will be for 6 months ongoing.

✅ Setting: Outpatient clinic
✅ Shifts: 5x8 days M-F
✅ Patients per day: 21 (must be comfy with kids and adults)
✅ Credentialing timeframe: 30 days or less


Requirements:
📌 Board - certification
📌 CA license in hand
