I’m excited to share a new Family Medicine locum contract in beautiful Truckee, California—a ski town nestled in the Sierras near Lake Tahoe! This is a great fit for physicians looking to combine rewarding outpatient practice with an incredible mountain lifestyle.

✨ Position Highlights:

Specialty: Family Medicine (Outpatient)

Location: Truckee, CA (ski town near Lake Tahoe)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8a–5p (30 patient hours + 4 admin hours)

Patients: 16–20 per day | 20 min follow-ups, 40 min new patients

Call: None – all outpatient in one building

EMR: Epic

Contract Length: 3 months

Credentialing: 60–90 days

Travel & Housing Provided ✈️🏡

🩺 Requirements:

Active California medical license

Board Certification in Family Medicine (required)

Outpatient family medicine/primary care experience preferred
