We are currently looking for Licensed Clinical Social Workers for Therapist positions. You must be licensed in Indiana.

Essential Functions:
• Intake Interviewing (if applicable) 
• Assessment
• Treatment Planning
• Individual Therapy 
• Group Therapy W
• Family Therapy 
• Case Coordination 
• Coordination of Services
• Crisis Intervention 
• Obtain third party authorizations 
• Progress notes completed, Electronic Medical Record 
• Clinical Documentation
• Billing documentation completed accurately
• Risk Assessment
• Policies, Procedures, Manuals, Resource Documents 
• Ethical/Legal Issues
• Computer Literacy
• Teamwork
• Communicates effectively
• Consumer Satisfaction Ratings
• Works cooperatively with supervisor and others
• Provide input to supervisor to assist in program development
• Clinical supervision (if applicable)
• Clinical licensure (if applicable)

Requirements:

• MA/MS/MSW, 1 year of experience, and a valid LMFT, LCAC, or LMHC - Therapist III
• MSW, 2 years of experience, and a valid LCSW - Social Worker
• PhD, PsyD, 1 year completed psychology internship, Licensed as Psychologist in Indiana or license eligible - Psychologist
