Job Description:
• Benton Harbor, MI
• FQHC
• FM MD
• Dec 8th start till middle/end of March
• 32 Hour work week (4 days a week) Monday-Friday (can be flexible with hours) - may be open to 4.5 days a week
• Will have one late start/night per week
• See all ages
• Eclinical Works EMR
• Working with other Physicians, NP/PA, MAs
• 3 Patients an hour
• Must be completing charts in a timely manner
• Prefers to have someone with a FQHC/Community Health background
• T&L

• 4 days a week/ 32 hours
• Seeing all ages- basic primary care at an FQHC
• Travel and lodging covered
