We are seeking a Permanent Family Medicine Physician in Vermont.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (32 hrs patient-facing + 8 hrs administrative)
Start Date: Fall 2025

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult & Pediatric, Outpatient
Setting: Outpatient clinic
Responsibilities: Provide outpatient family medicine/internal medicine care; manage avg. 14 patients/day; complete administrative duties (charting, care coordination, quality improvement); participate in succession planning.
Required Procedures: Standard outpatient primary care (no inpatient)
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: Multidisciplinary outpatient team
Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
On-Call/Weekends: Call 1:11 ratio, phone only; no weekends

Submission Requirements:
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine accepted) – REQUIRED
If board eligible, must provide graduation date – REQUIRED
DEA – REQUIRED
BLS – REQUIRED
Clean malpractice history – REQUIRED
Active Vermont license (must be obtained prior to start) – REQUIRED
Must be able to start by Fall 2025 – REQUIRED
