We are seeking a Permanent Family Medicine Physician in New York.

Position Details:
Patient Population: All ages (pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics)
Setting: Outpatient clinic, hospital-affiliated
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care; manage chronic illnesses, injuries, acute care; perform exams, screenings, immunizations; lifestyle counseling; collaborate with APP; participate in light call rotation; optional teaching/precepting; opportunity for leadership roles.
Required Procedures: Routine outpatient primary care
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: APPs, RN triage, multidisciplinary hospital support
Days Per Month: Full-time schedule, flexible
On-Call/Weekends: Phone coverage once every 70 days; telemedicine coverage 2–3 hrs once every 3 months
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics – REQUIRED
If board eligible, include years of eligibility and timeline for certification – REQUIRED
Active NY License (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
At least 1 year of primary care experience – REQUIRED
Clean malpractice and licensing history – REQUIRED
No visa candidates; no lapsed Board Certifications – REQUIRED
