We are seeking a Permanent Family Medicine Physician in New York.

Position Details:
Patient Population: All ages (pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics)
Setting: Outpatient clinic, hospital-affiliated
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care; manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care; perform exams, screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling; collaborate with APPs; participate in light on-call schedule (phone only, RN triage) with limited telemedicine on weekends; optional teaching/precepting opportunities; potential involvement in hospital medicine or leadership.
Required Procedures: Routine outpatient primary care
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: APPs, RN triage, multidisciplinary hospital support
Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
On-Call/Weekends: Phone coverage once every ~70 days; telemedicine 2–3 hrs once every 3 months
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified in Family Medicine (within 5 years if board eligible) – REQUIRED
Active NY License (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
DEA and ACLS by start date – REQUIRED
Clean malpractice and licensing history – REQUIRED
Willingness to work full-time 4- or 5-day schedule – REQUIRED
Strong interest in primary care for all age groups – REQUIRED
