We are seeking a Permanent Primary Care Physician in Michigan.

Permanent Physician – Primary Care

Position Type: Permanent

Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays
Start Date: 2025
End Date: Permanent

Position Details:
Patient Population: All ages (Internal Medicine preferred, Family Medicine accepted)
Setting: Outpatient, employed group practice
Responsibilities: Provide direct primary medical care, outpatient only, no inpatient responsibilities. Shared phone call coverage with colleagues.
Required Procedures: General primary care (no specific procedures listed)
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: Experienced colleagues, hospitalist program in place
Days Per Month: Full-time, Monday–Friday
On-Call/Weekends: Shared call arrangement (phone only), no weekends or holidays

Submission Requirements:
Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine (for 2024 start) or Family Medicine (for 2025 start) – REQUIRED
Active MI license (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED
DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – REQUIRED
CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start) – REQUIRED
