Position Overview

BACH is seeking a compassionate NP/PA to join their team, delivering primary care services across multiple settings, including brick-and-mortar clinics, school-based clinics, and mobile clinics. Providers will be expected to participate in interviews/discussions about which settings they are comfortable with—clarity up front will help determine placement.

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about giving back to underserved and homeless populations while practicing family medicine and preventive care.

Schedule

Likely Monday–Friday, 8a–5p (final schedule TBD)

No call responsibilities

Standard 8-hour day shifts

Expected Duties

Physicals & preventive health screenings

General health assessments

Basic family practice care (acute & chronic conditions)

Care coordination for homeless and underserved populations

Practice Setting

Mix of outpatient clinics, school-based clinics, and mobile health clinics

Community-focused healthcare delivery

Requirements

Board Certification: Required

License: Active CA License

Certifications: BLS

Experience: Primary care, family practice, or community health experience preferred
