Position Overview
First Stop Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide mental health therapy to patients in a virtual setting. In this role, you will provide high quality mental health treatment, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to clinical operations. As a therapist at First Stop Health, you will provide both short-term and long-term mental health care to clients. You will report directly to the Director of Mental Health Practice Operations.

You bring a service mindset, clinical rigor, and a spirit of curiosity and collaboration to your work.
Candidates may reside in any U.S. state but are required to be fully licensed to practice independently in the states they have active licensure. Ideally seeking PSYPACT licensure.
Responsibilities
Clinical Care
Provide evidence-based, compassionate mental health therapy to First Stop Health members.
Maintain an average of 28 completed visits per week per 1.0 FTE (adjusted for part-time roles).
Be available up to 35 hours per week to account for cancellations/no-shows.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Team and Collaboration Meetings
Participate in weekly clinical consultation groups
Attend regular team and individual meetings
Operational & Strategic Contributions
Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and whole-person care planning
Recommend improvements to clinical operations, policies, and procedures
Stay current on mental health research, industry trends, and emerging best practices.
Engage in special projects as needed
Qualifications
Education
Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology, Doctor of Clinical or Counseling Psychology
Licensure and Experience
PhD or PsyD licensure
PSYPACT licensure
Skills & Competencies
