Aya Locums is seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant to provide full-time primary care coverage at a school-based and community health clinic in Northern California. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule in an outpatient setting serving patients of all ages.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: 6 months
• Coverage Type: On-site, full-time
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a–5p
• Shift Details: 8-hour shifts
• EMR: Epic

Work Details
• Patient Population: All ages (must be comfortable with both pediatrics and adults)
• Patients per Day: Approximately 21+
• Department Description: Primary care, chronic illness management, supporting HEDIS measure improvement
• Support Staff: Provided on-site

Practice Setting
• Outpatient Clinic

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• State License: Required (California)
• Certifications: BLS
