Minimum Qualifications

Education: Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Family Therapy, or related field

Licensure: Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Missouri, and licensed (or eligible) in Oregon

Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages

Licensure & Location Requirements:
To be eligible, you must:

Reside in and hold an active license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in Missouri

Be licensed—or willing to become licensed—in Oregon

💡 We’ll cover the cost of your Oregon license! After your first 30 days of employment, you’ll be reimbursed for licensure fees. (If you leave within six months, we simply ask for repayment.)

Position Details

Location: Fully remote (work from home)

Schedule: Flexible; choose a 4- or 5-day workweek

Hours: Based on Pacific Standard Time

Caseload: Full-time = 25 clients per week (you may see more if you choose)

Employment Type: W2 employee

Client Focus: Commercially insured clients, generally lower acuity, emphasizing long-term wellness

A background check is required post-offer.

Competitive Pay: $59,000–$78,000/year, depending on caseload and assessments

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 upon hire
