1. Schedule M-W 8:30am - 5:30pm
2. Part-time
3. Board Certified
4. Internal Medicine or Primary Care
5. Patient Volume: 15-20 ppd
6. Ages Seen: Adults only
7. Support Staff: 2MA's, APRN, LPN
8. EMR: ECW
9. Interview Process: 1 interview with CMO
10. Credentialing: 6-8 weeks
