Schedule: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time based on your availability
Patients per Day: 6–10
Setting: Home Health
Scope: In-home primary care and wellness evaluations
Credentialing Timeframe: 6–8 weeks

Requirements:
Board Certification
Active Minnesota Medical License
