We’re seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician to provide in-home health and wellness evaluations in Kalispell, Montana. This flexible opportunity is ideal for providers who value autonomy and personalized patient care in a scenic setting.

Assignment Details:
Schedule: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Patients per Day: 6–10
Setting: Home Health
Scope: In-home primary care and wellness evaluations
Credentialing Timeframe: 6–8 weeks
EMR: Epic

Requirements:
Board Certification
Active Montana Medical License
