Job description

-Benton Harbor, MI- **TRAVEL AND LODGING COVERED**
-4 days a week, flexible on which days- would be open to 4.5
-30-60 day credentialing for a December start
-Basic OP PC seeing all ages
-EMR: E Clinical Works
-Support: NP/PA's and MA's
-FQHC
-20 to 24 patients per day- around 3 an hour

• 4 days a week- flexible schedule
• 3 month assignment starting in December
• Basic primary care seeing all ages
