Locum CRNA Opportunity – Southern California

Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 3 night shifts per week (12-hour shifts, 7:00p–7:00a)
Coverage: Scheduled only – No call
Shift Model: Standard rotating schedule
Assignment Length: 26 weeks with option to extend

Opportunity Overview
This community-based hospital in Southern California is seeking ongoing CRNA coverage to support its night shift needs. The facility operates a care team model (1:1 physician supervision) and maintains a collaborative, team-oriented anesthesia department.

Coverage Details:
• Need for 7 shifts per week covered (3 CRNAs and 4 12-hour shifts, block scheduling available).
• Coverage needed weekdays and weekends, Saturday–Sunday priority.
• OB is the primary function at this site, averaging 2–3 epidurals and 5–6 cases per shift (mainly C-sections).
• No hearts, neuro, transplants, or trauma.
• Patient population: ASA 3–4, predominantly adult, underserved community.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CRNA
• Active CA license (or willingness to obtain)
• Must provide one supervisory reference within the last year
• EMR: Cerner
